MEET OUR DESIGNER
Client will have arranged schedule with our designer for consult. We will explane more details about KAIKAYU during the meeting as well as sharing our idea about the design according to client needs.
SIGNING CONTRACT
After client agree and approve our design proposal. We will send the draft contract for client to be learned, and of course client can ask and discuss the things that need consideration.
DESIGN & PRICE NEGOTIATION
We will proceed with the design with every details according to client needs. After the design approval by the client, we will send the Budget Plan that clilent may negotiate to get the best price and value.
CONSTRUCTION
The construction and work can start. KAIKAYU together with client will work together to ensure the project meets client requirement.
